Digital Access, No Physical Shipping

MadWorld42 does not sell or ship physical products. App memberships, downloaded software, and other digital purchases are delivered electronically. No shipping address, carrier, postage charge, or parcel tracking is required for delivery.

When You Receive Access

Digital access is normally available immediately after successful payment. Follow the access or download instructions shown for your purchase, and use the account associated with that purchase where sign-in is required.

Consulting is provided according to the scope and schedule agreed with you. Payment does not mean a custom assessment or other consulting deliverable is completed immediately.

Missing Access or Download Problems

Check that payment succeeded and that you are using the correct account. Check your confirmation email and spam folder for any delivery instructions.

If access is missing or a download fails, email Team@MadWorld42.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours. Do not send payment card details.
